Can I return my order?
Should you be unhappy with your order or any parts of it, you are able to return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Returns are at your own expense, unless you receive an incorrect or damaged order. Yarn must be in original packaging and new condition. Should products return without their original packaging and not in new condition a full refund will not be issued. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Clearance items, gift cards and downloadable items are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot refund orders that I never received.

My order arrived late, can I get a refund on my shipping?
Should I misprint the label and ship your order incorrectly, 100% yes! However I am not responsible if the carrier experiences delays with your order, especially during peak seasons. Should an order not arrive at all please see question below.
My order is lost, what can I do?
My policies on this mirror Royal Mail as they are the courier TTSC uses. Should an order not make it to you at the correct address after 10 working days after the expected due date please contact Royal Mail with your details. Once they confirm that your order has indeed been lost I can refund you for the missing order.
Furls Fiberarts
Furls Fiberarts policies apply to their products sold at TTSC. Should a hook break during normal use, while crocheting, you are entitled to a replacement. Should I not have an adequate replacement you may receive a gift card or refund. If a hook falls or is dropped and breaks, gets sat on, or breaks in any way besides during normal use then I cannot replace it. These are Furls policies. Should a hook arrive broken, damaged, or faulty you are entitled to a replacement, gift card, or refund. Should you be unhappy with your Furls hooks you can return them for a refund within 90 days. Hooks must be posted back in a box and arrive in new condition. DO NOT RETURN IN PADDED ENVELOPES. If hooks arrive broken in a padded envelope I cannot issue a refund.
